1. Booking Process:
- All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized booking platforms.
- Customers are required to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
- A valid email address and contact number are essential for booking confirmation and communication.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 12 hours in advance of the scheduled pick-up time will not incur any charges.
- Within 12 hours of the pickup time: Refunds are typically not granted. Exceptions are in place for proven flight cancellations, under which circumstances a full refund will be initiated.
- No-shows or cancellations made at the time of the scheduled pick-up may be charged the full fare.
3. Refund Policy:
- Refunds for cancellations will be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy.
- In the event of a service disruption or vehicle breakdown, we will make every effort to provide an alternative vehicle or suitable compensation.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the original payment method used during the booking process.
No refunds will be granted if:
- If the client leaves the pick-up point for any reason without informing MKL Transfer
- If the client makes a booking on the incorrect date, time, or pick-up point.
- Cancellation’s not informed up to 3 hours prior to the time of booking cancellation charge incurred: 100% of quoted price for provision of service.
4. Changes to Bookings:
- Customers may request changes to their booking, such as altering the pick-up or drop-off location, date, or time, subject to vehicle and driver availability.
- Changes to bookings may be subject to additional charges.
5. Passenger Conduct:
- Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and courteously toward the driver and other passengers.
- Any inappropriate, disrespectful, or illegal conduct may result in the termination of the journey, and additional charges may apply.
6. Vehicle Capacity:
- Passengers must not exceed the maximum capacity of the booked vehicle. Overloading is not allowed.
7. Luggage and Personal Belongings:
- Passengers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings during the journey.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.
- Payment for services must be made in accordance with the selected payment method during the booking process.
- Failure to provide payment may result in the cancellation of the booking.

- In the event personal items are inadvertently left in our vehicles, MKL Transfer will promptly reach out to the respective owner. Should contact attempts remain unfruitful, we ensure the belongings are safely retained until further notice.
